Kate's Blog

Follow me if you will as I try to navigate through the ups and downs of my world.

I'm writing this blog to help me make sense of all that has happened - from my diagnosis with non-Hodgkins lymphoma while pregnant with my third child in May 2008
, through to my reflections on chaotic family life as I try to pick up the pieces of my life again.

The kids are so small, and I'm working hard to keep us all safe and to stay in remission.

Stay with me - it won't be all doom and gloom I promise!

Pyjamas

I bought lots and lots of pyjamas today. I LOVE pyjamas - I have a real thing about them. They were pyjamas for the kids as I have a shameful amount of my own and couldn't justify buying myself any more. But luckily I discovered that I enjoyed the kids pyjamas almost as much as my own. Hooray! I can live vicariously through my children wearing their pyjamas.

I share the same feeling for PJ's as you do. I'm literally addicted the pajama pants at Old Navy. I'd tell you how manu pairs I have, but you REALLY don't want to know...
:-)

Thanks for stopping by my site and leaving a comment! It's so great to find new friends!

Hello Kate, it's lovely to meet you. So sorry to read about the 'calamity' Keep fighting the good fight. My father was diagnosed with agressive cancer a few years ago and always said he didn't waste a minute feeling sorry for himself. The two lots of people he did feel sorry for were children with serious illnesses and young mothers who had serious illness fighting to survive for their family to see them grow up. My best wishes for you for your full recovery and writing.

Hi Kate!

There is nothing better than PJ's! Team them with a big dressing gown and great slippers and you're good to go for winter!

Thanks for following and commenting. Always good to make a new friend.

Sending lots of good vibes and a big warm hug your way.

Clair :)
